Expat LLC · Premium offer

Leave cleanly.
Land properly.

The full roadmap of your international move, under one interlocutor, in your language. Six work streams (tax residency, destination, structure, banking, compliance, wealth), from the first decision to the first transfer into your new account.

Six work streams, one plan.

Leaving is not one decision. It is thirty. Most candidates end up juggling a tax adviser, an accountant, an immigration lawyer and a banker who never speak to each other. The Plan holds that thread, from the first trade-off to the last wire transfer.

01

Tax residency

Breaking cleanly with your country of origin: the tests that actually apply, the treaty in play, the evidence you will need. The foundation without which everything else collapses.

02

Destination & residency

The jurisdiction that fits your profile and your project, and the concrete route to residency there: visa, permit, real conditions on the ground.

03

Structure

The company aligned with your activity (US LLC or local company), built with the right bricks of the ecosystem.

04

Banking

Your international personal and business accounts, opened for good, with a file that clears KYC on the first pass.

05

Compliance & sequence

Filings you still owe your country of origin, the calendar of operations, the dated checklist for the move. The order of things, before, during and after.

06

Essential wealth

The key patrimonial points of your departure. And, if the stakes call for it, a handoff to a specialist for in-depth wealth work.

Where we work directly, and where we refer.

Expatriation is not "one thing." Origin country matters as much as destination. We are transparent about which sides of the equation we cover ourselves and where a specialist earns their fee.

Covered directly

Entrepreneurs, freelancers and families relocating from the European Union, the United Kingdom or Latin America. We handle the exit-side tax analysis in your country of origin (residency tests, treaty, filings you still owe), and the full destination setup.

Destination side only

US persons (US citizens and green-card holders). Renouncing US tax residency has its own rules (Form 8854, exit tax) that require a US tax attorney or an Enrolled Agent. We handle the destination side of your move; the US exit-side we refer to a specialist you keep working with directly.

Destinations we know well

Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, Portugal, Cyprus, the UAE. We have direct operational experience in these, with local partners on the ground. Other destinations get analysed on their merits when they fit your case, without pretending the setup is turnkey there.

Delivered in your language

English, French or Spanish, with Portuguese planned. The written Plan is delivered in the same language as the call. Louis lives in Latin America and operates across the Americas and Europe: serving each client in their own language is how the practice actually runs, not a marketing line.

From the call to the move.

One simple entry point, and execution billed at partner cost, with no hidden margin.

I

Scoping call

We confirm the project, its feasibility, and the scope of your Plan. You leave with a written preliminary note.

II

The Expatriation Plan

Your full written roadmap: tax residency, destination and residency route, structure, banking, compliance, essential wealth points. Delivered within about three weeks, followed by a debrief call.

III

Executionat partner cost

Company, banking, residency: we start the machine with the right bricks of the Expat Group ecosystem. You keep a single interlocutor holding the thread, end to end.

A dated roadmap, operation by operation.

Not a conversation that fades: a written document, sequenced, operation by operation. The reference document of your departure.

Step I · Entry point

Scoping call

A conversation to confirm your departure project, its feasibility, and the scope of your Plan.

  • Project and feasibility check
  • Written preliminary note delivered after the call

Step III: execution. Company, banking, residency: delivered and billed by the ecosystem partners at real cost, with no hidden margin. The Plan covers strategy and coordination; you never pay twice for the same thing.

What we get asked before leaving.

Does the Plan include company formation and bank account opening?

No. The Plan covers strategy, the written roadmap and coordination. Execution (company, banking, residency) is delivered and billed by the ecosystem partners at their real cost. You do not pay a hidden margin.

Who is this for?

For the entrepreneur, freelancer or family who has decided to leave but does not know where to start. The criterion is not the size of your wealth, it is your departure project. Origin countries covered directly: European Union, United Kingdom, Latin America. US persons are handled on the destination side only, with a US tax specialist referred for the exit-tax work.

How long does it take?

The written roadmap is delivered within about three weeks of the scoping call, followed by a debrief call. Execution then unfolds at your pace.

My wealth is already substantial or complex. Is this the right product?

The Plan covers the essential wealth points of the move itself. For a substantial estate (exit tax, international succession, holdings), we hand off to a specialist inside the Expat Group ecosystem to run the in-depth wealth work in parallel.

Which languages do you work in?

English, French and Spanish, with Portuguese planned. The written Plan is delivered in the same language as the call. Louis lives in Latin America and works with clients across the Americas and Europe, so serving each one in their own language is how the practice actually runs.

Are you licensed for investment advice?

The Plan is a strategy and coordination service. It is not personalised investment advice, nor legal or tax advice in the sense of regulated professions. When a case requires a licensed professional (attorney, CPA, Enrolled Agent, financial adviser), we tell you and we point you to one.

What if I already know I want Panama or Paraguay?

Then you probably do not need the Plan. Go straight to the Panama Pack or the Paraguay Pack: those are the execution products for a chosen destination. The Plan is for candidates who are still deciding, or whose situation is complex enough that the choice itself is the work.
