What you need to open the account
- Your formed LLC (Articles of Organization approved by Wyoming or another state)
- Your EIN (federal tax ID for the LLC)
- Your valid passport
- A personal address abroad (no US address required)
- A description of your LLC's activity

Steps to open your account
- Create a Wise personal account on wise.com (with our link — welcome bonus depending on your country).
- Verify your identity with your passport (5 minutes).
- Add a Business profile and select "Limited Liability Company (LLC)".
- Fill in your LLC details: name, Registered Agent address, EIN, formation date, activity.
- Upload documents: Articles of Organization + EIN letter from the IRS.
- Wait for verification (3-5 days). Once approved, you receive IBANs in each currency.
